5 . Responsible for standing of the brand in the industry.
Know-How (Knowledge/Experience)
Quantitative Craft Skills, at least 10+ years of experience, Having led teams in the current / earlier roles, Sales and negotiation ability. Well oriented on newer data science streams and analytics.

1 . Has the ability of a good leader and practices situational leadership.
2 . Should be a good motivator
